We will make these rolls with rice pasta. These sheets are usually sold in Asian food stores or large supermarkets. We hydrate them with water like gelatin sheets to soften them. The good of This dough is that we can eat it as is, cold, without the need to fry it in oil. That is why these rolls are suitable for this hot season.

If you like spring rolls, we are going to make a variation to the original recipe to fill them with salmon and salad. It is delicious

Ingredients

  • 1 package of rice sheets for rolls
  • 150 gr. smoked salmon
  • 200 gr. white cheese
  • salad leaves
  • 1-2 carrots
  • soy sauce
  • oil
  • shawl

Preparation

  1. While we soak the rice leaves according to the instructions on the package, we make a salad seasoned with soybeans, oil and salt, combining the leaves with the carrot cut into thin sticks.

  2. Chop the cheese and cut the salmon into strips.

  3. Fill the rice pasta with this mixture and close it, also folding the lower and upper ends as if they were spring rolls.
