Today I want to show you how to make a very simple recipe that is very creamy thanks to the touch that President cream cheese gives it.

Normally to do the Bolognese sauce, I usually add grated cheese or mozzarella to the tomato sauce, but this time I tried to make it with this President's enmental cheese, the result of which has been a juicier paste where the cheese has melted and mixed immediately with the rest of the ingredients.

Ingredients

5 tablespoons of oil
Carrots 3
250 g spaghetti
4 natural tomatoes
250 g minced meat
1 Zucchini
A splash of Presindent cream cheese
Pinch of pepper
A pinch of salt
A pinch of ground garlic

Preparation

To make our pasta bolognese, we start by frying the zucchini with the carrot, both vegetables cut into strips. We have not added onion so that it does not give a stronger flavor to the pasta.
Once these two vegetables are fried, we add the 4 natural tomatoes, peeled and cut into cubes, a pinch of salt, pepper and ground garlic, and let the sauce reduce for about 2 minutes until it thickens.
At that moment we pass the sauce through the blender so that all the ingredients are mixed and we add a dash of the amount of President's enmental cream cheese, and let the sauce reduce for another 5 more minutes.
In another pan we put a little oil and when it is hot we add the minced meat. We simply fry it with a little salt and pepper, and when it takes on a little color, we add it to the saucepan so that it melts with the rest of the ingredients.
Finally, once we have cooked the pasta, we mix it with the sauce and serve.
