Ingredients

  • 200 gr. Camembert cheese
  • 200 ml. chicken broth
  • 200 ml. liquid cream
  • 50 gr. of butter
  • cornstarch (optional)
  • pepper
  • shawl

Preparation

  1. We heat the broth very well until it comes to a boil, then the cream.

  2. Bring to a boil again and lower the heat.

  3. Add the chopped cheese and let it melt without stopping stirring to break the boil.

  4. Add the butter and a little salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

If we want to get a thicker cream to use as a dip or dipping sauce, add a little cornflour to the broth when it boils.
