1 cebolla
2 cloves of garlic
1 celery branch
1 Zucchini
1 leek
1 red tomato
1 turnip
2 handfuls of cabbage in julienne
1 handful of fresh spinach
1 pot of cooked beans
3 handfuls of thick noodles
1 liter of water

Preparation

We prepare the vegetables. First we will make a sauté with the carrot, the onion and the garlic cut very finely. We fry them in the same pot that we will make the cup with a little oil and salt.
Once ready, add the rest of the diced vegetables (celery, zucchini, leek, tomato, turnip) and the julienned cabbage. We poached slightly before adding the liter of water.
When it starts to boil, let it cook for a while so that the vegetables soften. These types of soups are thick, so the vegetables are not usually served al dente.
Once these vegetables are ready, we add the beans, pasta and spinach to the soup. Season with salt and pepper and let cook for about 10 minutes until the pasta is ready.
