1 cos
1 1/2 l. milk
olive oil
Sal Island
Freshly ground black pepper
A splash of cream to decorate (optional)
A few cherry tomato tomatillos to serve (optional)

Preparation

Remove the damaged leaves of the lettuce, the outermost ones. Wash it well and drain it; then cut it into pieces.
In a saucepan, heat the milk, add the lettuce, season to your liking and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove the lettuce to the glass of the blender or kitchen robot; Blend by adding part of the broth (milk) until it reaches the desired consistency (neither too liquid nor too thick). Seasoning rectify.
Put in the fridge and let cool.
Serve in individual bowls.
