This Steak tartare recipe is one of my favorites and now you too can enjoy this delicacy. You will repeat for sure if you try it

Ingredients

250 gr. veal (chop it with a knife)
Half chopped chives.
20 small capers.
Crushed pink pepper.
Flake salt.
1 egg yolk.
1 teaspoon dijon mustard.
A few drops of tabasco, to taste.

Preparation

Chop the piece of meat with the help of a good knife and put it in a container. Chop the spring onion and capers and add it all to the meat. Add the Dijon mustard, the Tabasco drops, the crushed pepper and the salt. We remove everything carefully so that everything is well mixed.
We prepare a plating ring and place the meat on it.
To accompany our Steak tartare we put the egg yolk on the meat, and we accompany it with some thin bread toasts to spread and eat it.
Also if you prefer it is perfect with a few slices of Parmesan cheese on top.
