200 gr. grated coconut
175 gr. sugar
4 XL egg whites
1 pinch of salt

Preparation

First, add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat them with a whisk, adding the sugar little by little until making a dense and shiny meringue.
Then add the grated coconut and mix well.
Pour this dough into a pastry bag and form little piles on a baking tray covered with non-stick paper.
We put the temperature at about 160 degrees and bake the sultanas for about 15 minutes, just enough so that they are golden on the surface.
Let them cool before serving.
