An excellent combination of cherries and chocolate, we know it because of how rich the cherry chocolates are. We are going to enrich a sundae-type ice cream (see the recipe here if you can't find it prepared in the market) with rich compote cherries and nutella. You can vary the glass by substituting the sundae for a cream or vanilla ice cream, the cherries for another fruit and the nutella for another type of chocolate cream, and gianduja.

Ingredients

pitted cherries
sugar
water
a splash of cherry schnapps or kirsch (optional)
frozen
cocoa and hazelnut cream (Nutella)

Preparation

First we prepare a compote with the pitted cherries
For this we put them to cook over low heat with a few tablespoons of sugar, a little water and the liquor
When the cherries are tender and have a thick, red syrup, remove them from the heat and let them cool to room temperature.
To form the sundae we put a little cherries in the bottom of the glass, then we pour a first layer of ice cream, cover with nutella melted slightly in the microwave or shaken with a little milk to lighten it and finally we have a last layer of ice cream and fruit
We water with the cherry syrup.
