That English combination of mint and chocolate there is who we love. We can not only enjoy it in chocolates but also in ice creams or in other desserts like the one we have prepared for you. It is a creamy cake type foot, like cheese, with a crunchy biscuit base.

Ingredients

  • 25 chocolate chip cookies (Oreos are worth it)
  • 125 ml. (half a cup) melted butter
  • 250 gr. cream cheese
  • 250 gr. whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint flavoring
  • half a cup of powder sugar
  • green food coloring

Preparation

  1. We put the chocolate cookies in a food processor until they are ground.

  2. We mix them with the butter until we get a sandy and compact dough. Cover the walls and bottom of a mold by pressing the dough with your fingers. Let cool in the fridge to harden.

  3. With a few rods we mix the cheese with the sugar until we obtain a firm cream.

  4. On the other hand, we mount the cold cream. Pour it over the cheese and add the aroma of mint and a little colouring.

  5. Mix with the rods again at a low speed or by hand.

  6. We distribute the cream on the mold and refrigerate about 6 hours in the fridge.
