This Sunday is Mother's Day and we have to surprise her with a gift from our harvest, which has more merit. If cooking is not your thing, try this one quick and easy cake to prepare. You don't even have to make the cake, in the supermarket there are already divided into special plates for cakes.

Ingredients

  • 3 sheets of sponge cake
  • 1 package of natural or frozen raspberries
  • raspberry marmalade
  • 250 gr. white cheese spread
  • 150 gr. icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla flavoring
  • syrup to make the cake drunk (optional)

Preparation

  1. First we prepare the cheese and raspberry frosting. Mix the cheese very well with the sugar using a manual or electric mixer at low power.

  2. Add the vanilla aroma and enough jam to color the cream.

  3. We reserve cold.

  4. We place a first base of sponge cake on a tray, get a little drunk, and spread it with a layer of jam and another layer of frosting.

  5. We cover with another sponge cake plate, we get drunk and we repeat the two previous layers.

  6. We close the cake with the remaining cake and cover it both on the sides and on top with frosting, we can help ourselves with a spatula.

  7. Decorate the cake with some raspberries and refrigerate.
