Tiramisù of persimmon jelly and mascarpone

Returning to remember that it is autumn and that this season brings us some wonderful fruits, we have remembered again the persimmon, which we already talked about in one of the posts of Autumn fruits, in all their splendor. With some sweet persimmons we are going to make an original and light tiramisù that young and old will not forget.
