Ingredients

  • 250 ml. tigernut horchata
  • 6 slices of bread from the day before
  • beaten eggs
  • sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle
  • olive oil for frying

Preparation

  1. In a large dish, we soak the slices of bread with the horchata so that they are soaked on both sides.

  2. We pass them through beaten egg and fry them in hot oil to brown them on both sides.

  3. Drain them on absorbent paper and sprinkle them with sugar and cinnamon.
