85 gr. noodles (uncooked)
2 XL eggs
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 cup (125 ml.) Whole milk
300 gr. canned corn
fresh chives or parsley

Preparation

Prepare the noodles following the instructions on the package. Some are made soaked in boiling water and others directly cooked. Be that as it may, you have to leave them well loose and drained once cooked.
We mix the eggs with the flour, milk and yeast and beat to obtain a fine and smooth dough.
Add the well-drained corn kernels, the herbs, and salt and pepper to taste.
Heat a non-stick frying pan and grease it with oil or butter.
Pour a ladle of dough into the pan and spread it well along its base.
Cook the tortillas on both sides until curdled on the inside and golden on the outside.
