Ingredients

  • 1 slice of rustic bread (resistant but tender bread)
  • 2 cans of natural tuna
  • chopped tomato and onion
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of grated cheese
  • shawl

Preparation

  1. Lightly toast one side of the toast

  2. On said side we spread a trickle of oil and the tuna very well drained

  3. On top, add a minced spring onion and tomato, salt a little and cover with a mixture of mayonnaise and cheese

  4. Gratinate at about 200 degrees in a medium position until the mayonnaise is golden. We can also turn on the lower part of the oven so that the bread is toasted on the lower side.
