Oreo truffles Only 3 ingredients!

Preparation

1. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese with the crushed oreos. The easiest thing is to put them in the kitchen robot, but if not, the trick is to put them in a plastic bag (from frozen for example) and we pass a rolling pin over it. We make a compact ball with the result of mixing the cheese and oreo powder.

2. Line a tray with parchment paper (special for oven) or a silicone sheet. We make small balls with the previous pasta, we are placing them on the tray, and we nail a skewer stick to each one (we will remove it later). Refrigerate for a couple of hours until they harden.

3. We melt the chocolate, either in a water bath, or in the microwave. We bathe each ball in the chocolate and place the truffles upside down and with the stick up again. We carefully remove the sticks. Refrigerate again until the chocolate hardens. You can decorate with threads of melted white chocolate, crushed oreos, etc. If you decide to make it with chocolate, wait for it to harden, if it's going to be with Oreo powder or chocolate noodles, do it while the chocolate is still soft.
