Ingredients

  • 300 gr of white chocolate to melt
  • 35 grams of butter
  • 1 level dessert spoon of sweetener
  • 60 gr of almonds

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave little by little so it doesn't burn. When it is completely melted, add the butter and you will see that it will melt with the heat of the chocolate. When it is well melted, add the liquid sweetener.

  2. Mix everything and let it warm a little. Add the split almonds to your liking and transfer the mixture to a special mold for nougat, giving a few strokes so that no bubbles form.

  3. Let the nougat cool to room temperature for about 24 hours and it will be perfect to unmold.
