two tablespoons of vegetable oil
175 grams of baby carrots
175 grams of baby corn cobs
175 grams of small mushrooms
black pepper
parsley
two tablespoons of cornmeal
four tablespoons of water
the juice and zest of an orange
two tablespoons of oyster sauce and one of dry sherry.

Preparation

We will first make the sauce, mixing the flour with the water, then add the zest of the skin and the orange juice, the oyster sauce and the sherry, stirring well.
In a wok, we fry the carrots and the cobs for about five minutes and then add the mushrooms, leaving them to cook for about four more minutes.
We will pour the sauce, and let it cook over low heat, until the vegetables acquire a bright tone, season and garnish with a little parsley.
