Orange sponge cake without egg

Orange sponge cake without egg

Because the flavor of the orange, as well as its smell in the cakes, will leave us a the healthiest and most simple snack. That is why we present you a orange sponge cake without egg. A different and very fresh brushstroke for the whole family to enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 100 gr. sugar
  • 250 ml of fresh orange juice and without straining
  • 150 gr de harina
  • A yeast's packet
  • 35 ml oil

Preparation:

First of all, we pre-heat the oven to 180º. Meanwhile, we are going to prepare our delicious mix. We start by mixing the sugar with the orange juice, which will not be strained. When we have it, it is time to add the oil. We will continue beating well so that everything integrates perfectly. Now sift the flour and yeast, to add it to our mix. We mix everything very well and we will only have to pass it to the chosen mold. Of course, remember that you must spread it with a little butter and sprinkle flour on it.

In this way, we can unmold it without any problem. So, we will let our orange cake without egg done for about 35 minutes. Anyway, it does not hurt to prick it with a toothpick to see that, if it comes out dry, it will be ready. Once out of the oven we let it cool and we can decorate it to our liking. Either with icing sugar, with a little chocolate syrup or with caramel. It's up to you!.

Now, you just have to enjoy them. Take advantage! Do you know more desserts without eggs for the little ones? Tell us what your favorite recipe is.
