Cabbage packets stuffed with rice and meat

Of these cabbage packages we could say that they are almost a full plate in one bite, as they are made up of vegetables, rice and meat. This recipe is inspired by the grape leaf rolls so typical of the gastronomy of the Eastern Mediterranean countries (Greece, Turkey ...)

I recommend you use a young cabbage, that does not present many ribs or central stem, so that it is more flexible.
