Ingredients

  • 2 medium avocados
  • 150 gr of cooked ham
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 gr of grated cheese
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. We clean the avocados dividing them in half and remove the bones.

  2. We place them on a baking tray, and inside the avocado hole we break each one of the eggs. We continue placing a few cubes of cooked ham on top of the egg. Season with salt and pepper and bake them for 10 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.

  3. After that time, we take them out and put a little grated cheese on top. We put them back in the oven with the option of gratin for about 3 more minutes.
