  • 2 green peppers

  • 1 cup of dry white wine
  • 1 hoja de laurel
  • 1 small can of canned red peppers
  • 1 small can of peas

Preparation

  1. We start by sautéing the onion, garlic and very green pepper finely chopped in a wide saucepan until they are tender

  2. Then we add the tomato sauce, the white wine, the very chopped peppers with their liquid and the bay leaf

  3. Cook over low heat until this sauce is reduced

  4. Add the sliced ​​sausages and let them cook for a few minutes

  5. Add the rice, broth, water, coloring and salt

  6. Let the stew simmer until the rice is tender and barely any liquid

  7. Add the peas before serving.
