Preparation
We start by preparing the base, so for this, We crush the cookies in the glass of a blender. If we don't have one, it's as easy as putting the cookies in a bag and rolling them with a rolling pin until they become cookie powder.
We mix the cookies with the melted butter and press the mixture into the base and on the sides of a removable mold.
We put the mixture in the freezer while we prepare the filling cream.
We put the cream in a saucepan and cook it. When we see that it boils, we remove it from the heat and add the cheese to spread along with the two gelatin sheets until we see that the mixture remains compact.
Pour a little of the cheese mixture over the base and in between we place some chopped Oreo cookies. We put the rest of the prepared mixture back to finish with the cake and we take it to the refrigerator for about 3 hours so that it remains well compact.
Finally, we decorate with Oreo cookie powder.
Ready to eat!
