Honey, oil and cinnamon cake: torrijas flavor

For now, this year it is not time to make French toast. In return I prefer to make a cake that tastes like the traditional fried bread dessert. Like the torrijas, I have added virgin olive oil, honey and cinnamon to the cake. To make it juicier we could get it drunk with a syrup of Spiced wine, in honor of the wine torrijas.
