150 gr. sunflower oil
50 gr. low-acid olive oil
220 ml of water
a teaspoon of salt
30 gr. fresh baker's yeast (cubed and refrigerated)
660 gr. Of flour

Preparation

First we dilute the yeast with a little of the warm water.
In a large container, we mix the rest of the water with the yeast, the salt and the two oils.
Now we are adding the flour little by little until we finish incorporating it completely into the dough, which should be homogeneous and manageable.
After kneading a few minutes, we make a ball and leave it in a covered bowl until it doubles in volume.
Once the dough is raised, we knead it again pressing with our fists to degas it and we spread it with a roller.
Shape the cookies into small soap bars and prick them with a fork.
Then we place them on a tray with baking paper well separated from each other.
We put in the preheated oven at about 175 degrees for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
