This summer dessert does not take us long to prepare, that's why It is good if we have surprise guests at home. Who doesn't have a melon in the fridge on these dates? The filling is made up of white cheese spread and a little sugar. If you want to enrich it, you can use aromas, yogurt or some chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 melon
  • 50 gr. icing sugar
  • 1 tub of cream cheese
  • vanilla scent
  • white sugar

Preparation

  1. We remove the rind from the melon and split one of its ends so that it has a stable base. We put it "standing" and cut it into thin slices vertically. We rectify the cut of these melon slices with the knife to leave them rectangular.

  2. Mix the cheese with the sugar and vanilla and fill the melon slices spread out on a board with this cream. We roll them up so that they look like cannelloni.

  3. We can sprinkle the surface of the melon roll with sugar and burn it with a kitchen torch.
