Paisana omelette made in the oven. Yes, baked.

The oven is taking, luckily and by its own merit, more and more prominence in our kitchen. It is clean, healthy because it requires less fat to cook and comfortable. But, Make a potato omelette in the oven? Well, it comes out delicious and perfect. And who has not ever feared that when turning the tortilla it would not fall apart? Well, this is one of the advantages of making it in the oven. What's more takes on a nice golden hue, and is done the same everywhere. You can make it in a rectangular mold and cut it into small squares later, or in a round one so that it has its traditional shape. Try to do it, you will not regret it.

The recipe is great, but how many degrees does the oven go? Because an hour seems like too much ...

Hi Auri, thank you for your comment. The oven temperature is 170ºC-180ºC. The time always depends on each oven but, yes, around 50 minutes. Cover it with aluminum foil as per the half-done recipe if it was toasting a lot. Sincerely.
