Making the dough for a pizza is very simple, the recipe is very easy and it is also much better than the frozen or the fresh base. If you don't get it right the first time, don't worry, it's all a matter of practice.

So that you can make your pizzas in the most traditional way, we bring you a pizza base recipe

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of flour
  • 25 grams of olive oil
  • 1 packet of fresh yeast (12,5 grams)
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix the water, the flour, two tablespoons of oil, the fresh yeast and the salt.

  2. Go kneading and gradually adding water until you get the dough to be consistent and fully elastic.

  3. Sprinkle this dough with flour and let it rest so that it ferments wrapped in plastic wrap for about 30 minutes until it doubles.

  4. After this time, knead and work the dough with a rolling pin, until you get the shape of the pizza base.

  5. Once ready, you only have to decorate it and put the ingredients you want.

    when I do, I make 1 kilo of flour or 4 cups and add a stick of butter. But here you are using an average cup of flour, so I recommend that you put 1/4 of the bar. or as you make them you will see the consistency of the dough and you will know how you like it ...
