1 kilo of fresh salmon (loins)
A nice splash of soy sauce
Two tablespoons of Dijon mustard
Roasted sesame
Cherry tomatoes
Yellow pepper

Preparation

Cut the salmon loins into medium cubes, clean the cherry tomatoes, and cut them in half, and clean the yellow pepper, and cut it into strips.
In a bowl, put the salmon cubes to marinate with a good splash of soy sauce, a tablespoon of toasted sesame and two tablespoons of Dijon mustard.
We let everything rest for about 40 minutes so that the flavors mix well.
After that time, we will have our marinated salmon, so we are placing it on the skewers, interspersing the salmon with the cherry tomatoes and the yellow pepper.
On a grill (if we have a barbecue) or on a griddle, we add a splash of olive oil and we cook the salmon skewers.

Notes

As a recommendation, do not overcook it, just brown it with a heat stroke. They are delicious.
