Very easy and quick recipe for Cookies with chocolate chips with Thermomix

Ingredients

• 120 gr. brown sugar
• 120 gr. white sugar
• 100 gr. butter at room temperature
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 340 gr. wheat flour
• A pinch of salt
• 150 gr. chocolate chips

Preparation

1. Put the white sugar, the brown sugar and the butter in the Thermomix glass, and mix everything at speed 3 for one minute. When you notice that it is creamy, add the eggs and mix for 30 seconds at speed 3 again.

2. Then put the flour, vanilla and a pinch of salt. Mix for 2 minutes at speed 4, and add the chocolate chips for a few seconds at speed 2 until they are well incorporated into the dough.

3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and go making small balls with a spoon, that are not too big, and put them on the oven rack with baking paper, leaving a separation between biscuit and biscuit of about 5 centimeters.

4. Bake the cookies for about 8 minutes without getting too brown so they don't get hard.
