Turbot in cider is a dish that always triumphs when served on the table. If you have a special lunch or dinner, this recipe will please everyone

Ingredients

  • 50 Cc of virgin olive oil
  • 250 grams of clams
  • an onion
  • 200 grams of prawns
  • two leeks
  • four slices of turbot
  • a pinch of salt
  • a glass of cider

Preparation

  1. First we clean the fish, boil the clams so that they open and peel the prawns

  2. Place the turbot in a casserole for the oven and on the other hand, chop the onion and leeks and fry them together with the cider and a pinch of salt

  3. Once sautéed, we pass it through the mill and add it to the turbot

  4. Add the prawns and clams to the turbot and put it in the oven until the fish is done.

  5. It is recommended to serve in the same casserole.
