There are 8 different smoothies, which have 3 ingredients each, and in which you will only need a blender to prepare them and that they are perfect. In these smoothies we have combined vegetables and fruits to increase the vitamins in our smoothie. Take advantage!
Strawberry smoothie
Prepare in the blender glass 8 strawberries, half a cup of Greek yogurt and half a cup of unsweetened grated coconut. Beat everything until it is a smooth and compact mixture. Decorate if you want with rolled oats and a little ground cinnamon.
Pineapple smoothie
Prepare some spinach leaves, half a cup of pineapple and Greek yogurt in the blender glass. Beat everything until smooth and add half a cup of water. Keep beating until smooth.
Mango smoothie
Place 8 pieces of mango in the blender glass with half a cup of milk and blend everything. Add some oat seeds and continue grinding. To decorate, add a little chocolate shavings or powdered chocolate.
Banana smoothie
Put a peeled banana, two tablespoons of milk chocolate cream and a little powdered chocolate in the blender glass. Blend everything until it is a compact mixture. If it is too mazacote, add a little water to make it lighter. Garnish with grated coconut or a handful of almonds.
Apple smoothie
