It has been a long time since we made a frozen cake. It has cheese, but it is not a cheese cake classical. This one has avocado, fruit that gives it a special flavor, color and smoothness, apart from nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 and 1/2 cups of whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup of white sugar
  • 175 gr. creamy white cheese
  • 1/2 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 roll of cookies
  • butter

Preparation

  1. Crush the biscuits and mix them with melted butter until it forms a compact paste. We spread it in a cake mold and refrigerate for about 30 minutes while we proceed with the recipe.

  2. We mount the cold cream with the sugar and reserve.

  3. Place the avocado pulp and cheese in the blender and blend until a smooth cream is obtained. Add the lemon juice and continue beating. Mix with the cream. Pour the cream into a bowl and freeze it.

  4. After 45 minutes, we remove the mixture from the freezer and beat it vigorously with a whisk to make it creamy. We return it to the freezer. We repeat the shake operation every 30 minutes until we obtain the consistency of a soft ice cream.

  5. Place the ice cream on the cookie crust and serve.

    I do not understand this part well 1. We whip the cream very cold with the sugar and reserve.
