These ranch potatoes are simply spectacular, the kind that you start eating one of and don't stop until the plate is gone.

Ingredients
- 200 gr of smoked bacon cubes
- 6 large potatoes in squares
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Ground pepper
- 150g cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 chive
For the ranchero sauce
- 1 Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- Juice of half a lemon
- Dried parsley
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Sal Island
- Black pepper
Preparation
We put the oven to preheat 180 degrees. While on a tray we put a little olive oil, and we distribute the potatoes chopped into cubes, and we put them to bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
After that time, we take them out and add the diced bacon, salt and pepper.
We put the grated cheddar cheese on top, and we prepare our ranch sauce in a bowl, mixing all the ingredients for the sauce.
We spread it on top, with the chives cut into small slices, and bake again for 10 more minutes, until the bacon is browned and the cheese is gratin.
