Baked eggs with avocado A delight!

Do you have ripe avocados at home and you don't know what to do with them? This recipe that we have prepared for today is a real delight. It is very simple to prepare and it serves us both for a starter and for a good weekend breakfast.

There is nothing better than watching the egg yolk melt inside the avocado, spread with the toast and mix with the flavors of good smoked bacon cubes…. Yum!

Of course, it is sacred to have a ripe, buttery and very creamy avocado.
