Ingredients

  • hard biscuits
  • 250 gr. of mascarpone
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 gr. sugar
  • banana liqueur
  • 4 bananas
  • 2 glasses of milk
  • cocoa powder,

Preparation

  1. Whip the egg whites and yolks separately with the sugar

  2. We beat the milk with one of the bananas and added a splash of liquor

  3. Chop the other bananas well or beat them.

  4. We dip the biscuits on both sides in the milk and in a square mold we have a layer with them

  5. We now extend a layer of banana puree

  6. Mix the mascarpone with the beaten yolks and then carefully with the egg whites until stiff

  7. We put a thin layer of this cream

  8. We repeat the operation with other layers of sponge cake, banana and mascarpone

  9. This last layer of mascarpone is thicker

  10. Sprinkle with cocoa.
