Beef stew with potatoes, in Thermomix

Preparation

1. Cut the onion, the peeled tomato and the garlic with the blades for 5 seconds at speed 4.

2. Add a good jet of oil and program 8 minutes at varoma temperature, speed 1 to sauté these vegetables.

3. Meanwhile we prepare the mix of spices to our liking and season the meat.

4. Once the onion, tomato and garlic are ready, add the previous ingredients to the glass and cook for 20 minutes at 100 degrees at spoon speed turning to the left. (If we notice that the meat foams a lot, we can uncover the robot from time to time to remove these layers of impurities from the surface with the help of a spoon or slotted spoon)

5. After that time, we add the potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes.

6. We program another 15-20 minutes, at the same temperature and speed, until the meat and potatoes are very tender.

7. Season with salt and pepper before serving the stew.
