Beef sirloin in truffle sauce, in 30 minutes

With some tender beef tenderloins (or pork) we are going to prepare a dish worthy of being part of a festive menu but very simple to make. The meat is grilled, therefore we only have to stop a bit to make the sauce. All in all, this dish is ready in half an hour.
