Beef sirloin with puff pastry crust

In its day, I had more guests at home than necessary and a single sirloin would not satisfy the appetite of my guests. I decided Increase the portion by covering the fillet with pate, ham and a layer of puff pastry. Prepared in this way, the sirloin hardly needed garnish anymore. Any piece of clean meat (pork loin, breasts ...) can be prepared "in a crust".
