Sponge cake with orange juice and cashews

With orange juice, cream and butter we will prepare this simple plum cake. We are also going to add a mixture of cashews and sugar that will provide, in addition to a different texture, more flavor.

With the orange juice we will get that beautiful color that is seen in the photo. If you want it to taste even more like this citrus, do not hesitate to add the peel of that orange, grated (only the orange part, because the bitter white one).
