El cake Today, the one you see in the photo, is made with egg whites. That is why it has such a white color and that is why it is also so fluffy.
We have put some white chocolate drops but you can adapt it to your tastes or the ingredients you have at home. With pieces of dark chocolate or with milk chocolate it will also be very good.

Egg white cake with white chocolate
A simple cake with which we can take advantage of the egg whites that we have left over from other preparations.

Ingredients
- The white of 5 eggs (about 160 g)
- 160 g flour
- 120 g of sugar
- 90 g mild olive oil
- 1/2 envelope of yeast type Royal (8 g)
- White chocolate drips
Preparation
We put the flour, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Mix well with a spoon.
We add the olive oil and mix again.
We mount the egg whites with the blender rods or with a food processor. We add them to the previous mixture and, delicately, we integrate everything well.
Now add the white chocolate and mix again.
We put the mixture in a mold of about 18 centimeters in diameter that we will have previously greased.
Bake at 170º for approximately 35 minutes. Before taking it out of the oven, we will check with a skewer stick if it is well done (it will be when we prick the center of the cake with the stick and the stick comes out clean).
