250 ml. alcohol-free grenadine liqueur
250 ml. cranberry juice
250 ml. non-alcoholic strawberry liqueur
250 ml. soda or sparkling water or tonic (if you prefer the less cloying drink)
2 gelatin sheets (if we want to thicken it a little)
Preparation
If we prefer the liquid version, we mix all the ingredients and cool them with ice cubes. We serve in the glasses without the ice
For the gelatin version, we first have to hydrate the gelatin sheets in cold water. Once soft, drain them and dissolve them in a bit of the soda that we have chosen while hot.
We add this gelatin mixture to the rest of the ingredients, stir well and let it rest in the fridge for a couple of hours until the soda is thick and cold.
