Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • Milk
  • Vanilla
  • Ameretti biscuits (or soletilla)
  • For the caramel:
  • Water
  • Sugar

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.

  2. We start by making a caramel by putting sugar with a few drops of water in a pan until it melts. We will reserve. On the other hand, we beat the condensed milk with the normal milk, the eggs and the vanilla.

  3. We pour everything into the moulds, on which we will place a sponge cake base and the caramel we had made, which is achieved by cutting the biscuits into pieces and placing them on the base of the mould. Place the lemon peels on top.

  4. We put the molds on the oven tray to which we add water to cook in a bain-marie for 45 minutes.

  5. Let cool and unmold Accompany with a little cream if you feel like it.
