Shells for breakfast and snack

Go buy butter and a little fresh baker's yeast if you want to prepare these shells.

You will have to weigh the ingredients well to obtain a dough like the one seen in the photo. We will work it with a little oil in your hands and on the counter (or table) because it is quite sticky.
