Ingredients

  • 2 big bianche cipolle

Preparation

  1. Peel and chop the onion into very small cubes. We put it in an airtight plastic bag and add the flour. We close the bag and shake it vigorously to impregnate the flour onion well.

  4. Once dry, we put it in a jar to keep it for one or two weeks.
