Ingredients
- 8 clean seabass centers
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce
- 1 / 4 cup salsa pesto Recently made
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Slice the sea bass and carefully remove the fillets and place each one on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over each sea bass fillet.
Make the homemade pesto sauce with our recipe, and add a heaping tablespoon of pesto to each sea bass fillet. Go painting the loin with the sauce.
Bake the sea bass for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees, until you see that the fish is completely tender and well cooked. While we have the fish in the oven, cut the tomatoes into cubes, and add a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper on top.
Once the fish is baked, we decorate each sea bass fillet with the chopped tomatoes and serve immediately.
