Oreo cake! When you think of making a cake, you surely think of hours and hours in the kitchen, but you can make this cake in less than 1 hour. Of course, afterwards it is important that you leave it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours so that it cools well, and take it very cold and compact.

Cheesecake with Oreo

Ingredients
- 58-60 Oreo cookies
- 75g unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tubs of Philadelphia type cream cheese
- 75 g sugar
- 250 ml ml of liquid cream for whipping
- Vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 3 large eggs
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and line a mold with aluminum foil, leaving a surplus of paper on the sides so that later we can unmold our cake without any problem. Paint the aluminum foil with a little olive oil so that it does not stick to you.
Take about 28 Oreo cookies and crush them in a blender until they are powdered. Pour the crushed cookies into a bowl, and add the melted butter and stir until the cookies are soaked in the butter.
Place the mixture of crushed cookies and butter on the baking tray, as the base of our cake. Squeeze the mixture well with your fingers so that it is firm.
Bake the cookie base for 10 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees, while we prepare the filling.
Crush 20 Oreo cookies and once you have crushed them, in the mixer glass, put the cream cheese and sugar and beat everything until well mixed and uniform. Add the liquid cream, vanilla and a pinch of salt. Mix everything again, and add the eggs one by one and continue beating.
Add the crushed cookies and stir the entire mixture. Put it on the Oreo cookie dough and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Once baked, let it cool at room temperature for an hour.
After this time, cover it with aluminum foil and put it in the fridge for about 3 hours until it is very cold.
Ready to enjoy it! Put a little strawberry syrup on it and you'll see how good it is.
Hi! I have made this cake this weekend and it has been a success. My friends have loved it. I thought it would be creamy but it was a little dry on the inside although it was not heavy to eat. On the outside it was totally brown. In the photo it is white on the outside, is it better to cover it before putting it in the oven with silver foil so that it does not brown? Thank you.
