    Hi! I have made this cake this weekend and it has been a success. My friends have loved it. I thought it would be creamy but it was a little dry on the inside although it was not heavy to eat. On the outside it was totally brown. In the photo it is white on the outside, is it better to cover it before putting it in the oven with silver foil so that it does not brown? Thank you.
