That chicken with mushrooms and cream sauce that children like so much, we are going to make it even more sweet for them, adding condensed milk. The rest of the ingredients in the recipe make the dish not cloying.

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken hams
  • 12 mushrooms
  • 1 cebolla
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 splash of wine
  • chicken soup
  • 150 ml. condensed milk
  • oil
  • pepper
  • shawl

Preparation

  1. In a casserole with oil, brown the previously seasoned chicken drumsticks evenly. We remove on a plate.

  2. Sauté the julienned onion and minced garlic in the same oil as the chicken. When it is well poached, we add the mushrooms. Raise the heat and let it reduce. We add the chicken, a little wine and cook again to be consumed.

  3. Finally we pour a splash of broth and condensed milk. Cook the sauce a little so that the chicken just gets tender and serve.
