As we said, mashed potatoes are a good ingredient for baking cakes thanks to its compact texture and mild flavor, which makes it go well with many foods such as meat or fish. In this case we are going to prepare a creamy chicken pie that has a delicate and smooth flavor.

Today we combine mashed potatoes with a chicken pie to make a unique dish that everyone at home likes

Ingredients

500 gr. minced chicken breast
250 g. mashed potatoes
2 eggs
150 g. grated cheese
100 ml. liquid cream
1 cebolla
oil
pepper
nutmeg
shawl

Preparation

Boil the eggs for approximately 15 minutes and prepare the mashed potatoes.
Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and fry it with a little oil, when it is golden add the chopped chicken breast seasoned with salt, pepper and nutmeg
When the meat is done, add the cream, stir a little and reserve.
Peel the eggs and cut them into slices.
To assemble the cake, in a kitchen ring we add the minced meat until halfway, on top we add the eggs and on these a layer of mashed potato
To finish we spread all the grated cheese on top and put it in the oven for a few minutes to gratin.
