1 purple onion
2 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons ketchup

Preparation

Sauté the finely chopped onion in a little oil until it is very tender and with a honeyed texture.
Prepare a marinade with salt, paprika to taste (if it is spicy add just a little), grated garlic and ketchup.
We soak the wings in this dressing. We add oil if we see it necessary.
We cook the wings in a refractory dish for about 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. They should be crispy and well browned.
