Three ingredients and three steps to make a great nougat de chocolate with nuts and surprise our guests these parties. Ingredients

  • 250 gr of good quality dark chocolate (70% cocoa minimum)
  • 80 gr of coarse peeled walnuts
  • 160 gr of condensed milk

Preparation

  1. Chop the chocolate and put it in a saucepan together with the condensed milk. Put them in a bain-marie and stirring regularly until it is homogeneous.

  2. Chop the nuts and add them to the chocolate without stopping stirring.

  3. Line a rectangular mold with baking paper and pour the mixture of chocolate and nuts.

  4. Let cool until hard.

  5. Unmold when hardened.
